Research Interests

I am currently engaged in developing a new serological methods for monoclonal antibody patient samples with interference, rationalising testing and component selection for transfusion recipients with red cell antibodies detected, audit and improvement in transfusion practice in St. Vincent's Hospital Group, national clinical practice guideline writing groups for massive haemorrhage, foetal neonatal and paediatric transfusion and optimum transfusion support for sickle cell disease transfusion life patients. 

I think I can contribute most as an information resource for active researchers and I bring a wide experience and broad scope in all things transfusion related as I have worked for over thirty years of my professional life in the field of transfusion medicine and transfusion science.
