The provision of clinical details and the patient’s transfusion/obstetric history enables us to select the appropriate tests from the repertoire of services currently provided by the laboratory and accurately interpret the results obtained.

The BT345 test request form should be used for submitting patient samples for investigations of:

The BT 0007 should be used for submitting patient samples for blood group and compatibility requests only. This form is only used in cases where the RCI laboratory functions as a Hospital Blood Bank facility.
