We were delighted to attend AABB 2024 Nashville presenting 2 posters entitled ‘Putting Donors at Heart of Infectious Disease Surveillance’ and ‘The Rapid Expansion of the Haemoglobinopathy Patient Population in Ireland’. Specific areas of interest such as major haemorrhage and global health were discussed with experts (& hopefully future collaborators!) throughout the few days.
