NOTES 

The IBTS does not recruit new or returning female donors to the apheresis panel who have ever had a pregnancy of any gestation

DEFER:

• If the donor thinks that she is pregnant
• If the donor is taking medication to increase fertility/undergoing fertility treatment
• During pregnancy and for 1 year after delivery
• If malignant (invasive), otherwise defer until treatment and follow up is completed

PERMANENTLY EXCLUDE:

• If pregnancy resulted in a hydatidiform mole
