ACCEPT:
- If donor has been screened for Long QT syndrome (because of family history) and is negative
DEFER:
- If under investigation for Long QT syndrome until results are available
- If donor has a family history of Long QT syndrome and has not been screened until screening is complete and result is negative
- If donor has been screened for Long QT syndrome and the results are not available
- If donor has a family history of the Long QT syndrome, but has not been screened themselves, defer until after they have undergone screening and the syndrome has been excluded
PERMANENTLY EXCLUDE:
- If the donor has Long QT syndrome
