1. Affected individual
PERMANENTLY EXCLUDE:
- All persons who have AIDS
- All persons who are HIV positive by serology and / or PCR
- All persons who are HIV positive even if the virus is suppressed and is undetectable by PCR
- All persons who are HIV positive and are on anti retroviral treatment
2. Current Sexual Partner of an affected individual
PERMANENTLY EXCLUDE:
- Even if the affected individual is virally suppressed and HIV is not detectable by PCR
3. Former Sexual Partner of an affected individual
DEFER:
- donor for 4 months from the date of the last sexual contact, even if the affected individual is virally suppressed and HIV is not detectable by PCR
4. Current Household contact of an affected individual
ACCEPT
5. Former Household contact of an affected individual
ACCEPT
