ACCEPT:

• If donor had benign breast lump removed AND is fully recovered AND discharged from all follow-up
• If donor had prophylactic mastectomy due to being positive for BRCA1 or BRAC2 genes

PERMANENTLY EXCLUDE:

• If mastectomy was performed for malignancy
