ACCEPT:

• If the donor has fully recovered, has been discharged from follow up, does not suffer from dumping syndrome, does not have evidence of malabsorption and is not on prescribed vitamins for a deficiency

DEFER:

• For a minimum of 1 week after surgery and the donor meets the above criteria
