Dyslexia  is not a cause for deferral. However, all IBTSdocumentation, including the HLQ needs to be read to the donor by an IBTS staff member. Therefore, suggest to the donor that they attend the clinic at a quiet time so that a staff member can read the information to them. These donors must be instructed to inform Registration staff on each attendance that they require assistance with completing the HLQ. Where a staff member completes the HLQ, a comment is to be included on the HLQ to this effect
